There are numerous Kent towns and beaches within 20 - 30 minutes drive. There are also plenty of places for golf, fishing and horse riding.
All within 10 minutes drive are Howletts Wild Life Animal Park, Goodnestone Park Gardens, Wingham Wild Life Park and Barnsole Vinyard.
You can visit the historical Dover Castle and whilst there, you must not miss the beautiful walks along the White Cliffs where you can see the coastline of France on a clear day.

Sandwich offers The Salutation Gardens, river boat trips, picturesque river walk and Richborough Castle.
The historical town of Faversham is just 30 minutes drive where you may wish to tour Shepherd Neame, Kent’s oldest independent brewery.
